Jennifer Potter, MDiv, BCC is the Perinatal Bereavement and Palliative Care Coordinator for Women & Babies Hospital, which she began in January 2023. She oversees both programs hospital wide; leads an interdisciplinary team for each program; provides direct patient care to families; educates and supports staff to provide top-quality, evidence-based bereavement care; and coordinates supportive efforts with local organizations. Prior to her current role, Jennifer became the staff chaplain for Women & Babies Hospital in 2017. She is a board-certified chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains and continues as staff chaplain concurrently with her other position. Jennifer is married to Jeremy and they have two grown children. Isaac is a graphic designer in New York, NY and Olivia is an illustrator and print maker in Philadelphia, PA. Jennifer loves to travel and hike. She also loves animals and bourbon.
