15th Annual Walk to Remember
With more than 35 years of service to those who are in need, bringing comfort and understanding to families through every stage of the grief process, Share of Lancaster invites you to join us for the 15th Annual Walk to Remember.
Join us in Lancaster City, Saturday, September 30 — 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m — to honor and to remember your babies as we usher in Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. For Moms & Dads who have suffered a loss, you do not walk alone.
Registration is free.
Free ticket registration is available during the event. You will be able to submit baby names to be read during the memorial presentation when registering.
All who register with the $5 bracelet option or the $35 event bag option will receive a commemorative event bracelet, but without a baby’s name. Commemorative custom bracelets with your baby’s name are no longer available; that registration option ended September 11. Commemorative event bracelets with no custom additions or baby names will be available for sale during the event.
There is only one (1) parking voucher for each registration. If you have a large party that is arriving in more than one vehicle, the driver of each vehicle must complete the event registration to receive a voucher. Parking vouchers will be issued with your registration packet. You may redeem your voucher when departing from the Duke Street Garage after the event. Please note that the garage vehicle clearance is 6 feet and 10 inches.
All are encouraged to attend. We have different ticket levels available, including a Share 35 Years commemorative bag.
Our annual event provides an opportunity for families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss to come together for a time of remembrance. Come along with your neighbors, friends and loved ones as we pay homage to babies who were gone too soon, and as we celebrate those parents who have survived pregnancy and/or early infant loss. This is an event of deep significance, binding us together as a community — filled with love and memory.
